Ubuntu 6.10 et Thinkpad R50e

Pour finir avec mes installations d'Ubuntu sur des portables Thinkpad, voici le R50e.

Ubuntu 6.10 démarre sans problème sur cette machine. Par contre, pas moyen de réaliser l'installation : le programme freeze complètement Linux et il faut redémarrer la machine et cela avant même que le programme ai affiché la première fenêtre de demande de la langue d'installation....

Cela c'est donc fini par la recherche d'un "vieux" CD Ubuntu et de l'installation d'une 5.04.

Et non, je ne veux pas faire la migration vers la 6.10 ;-)
